Note:
- Service fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The above service fees do not include the fees for filing a request for issuing documents, which are charged by various agencies.
- In the event that the customer uses the document collection service with the bank's shipping partner, the service provider will first pay the fees for requesting documents from the various ministries, such as the C/O issuing fee of the Department of Foreign Trade, the Thai Chamber of Commerce's C/O issuing fee, etc.
- These service charges only cover the preparation of export documents. Other related service fees such as L/C advising commission, charges for collection of letters of credit, charges for incoming remittance, and courier fees will be assessed at the rate specified by the bank.
- Please verify the most recent service rates in accordance with the bank announcement before providing the rates to customers.
