  • The bank will discontinue downloading and updating the SCB Business Net application on the App Store and Play Store starting October 2, 2024.

    To ensure continuous use of the SCB Business Net application, please update the app by October 1, 2024. Failure to update by this date will result in the inability to use the application. How to update the application:

  • Guidelines and cautions to avoid unsuccessful payment problems

    1. Please ensure that you have a sufficient balance for payments one day prior to the value date.

    2. The cut-off time for advance payment items is 06:00 hrs. on the value date.

    3. According to our SLA, if your payment items are not successful due to an insufficient balance, the system will not make any further debit of the payment items.

    4. To check the status of your advance payment items:

      - Customers using SCB Business Net must log in and check for unsuccessful payment items between 07:00 – 08:00 hrs. on the value date.

  • SCB Business Alert Service Notification

    To better serve our customers, SCB has updated its SCB Business Alert service. Starting from 1 February 2022, SCB Business Alert notifications will be sent via e-mail only.

    Customers who are now receiving SMS notifications will continue to receive them to the same mobile number. However, when customers change their mobile phone numbers, the service will be stopped, and alert messages will be sent to their e-mail addresses.

    Customers currently using SCB Business Alert service and having applied for SCB Business Anywhere with SCB Business Alert using the same account number will receive alert notifications via e-mail as part of the service package (free of charge). Alert notifications under the former service will be disabled automatically.
