  • Cancellation of SCB Easy Net Service on 14 July 2023 at 9:00 p.m. - Impact on SCB Transaction Banking Services

    We appreciate the trust you have placed in Siam Commercial Bank ("the Bank") by utilizing our SCB Transaction Banking service. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change that will impact the payment channels you currently use to accept payments. Effective from July 14, 2023, at 9:00 p.m., we will discontinue the SCB Easy Net service, which is commonly used by retail customers to make payments to you.

    Here are the specific details regarding the cancellation of payment channels:

      1. SCB Bill Payment Service: The SCB Easy Net's payment channel will be discontinued starting from the aforementioned date and time. For payers who have scheduled transfers and bill payments in advance via SCB Easy Net, which are set to take effect from July 15, 2023, onwards, these transactions will be automatically cancelled. We kindly request that payers enter new transactions through the SCB EASY App, as previously communicated to them.

      2. SCB Payment Gateway for Merchant Service: The payment channels via the SCB Easy Net system will no longer be available after the cancellation of the SCB Easy Net service. However, payers can continue making payments using the SCB EASY App, SCB Business Net, SCB Business Anywhere system, or the E-Payment system as usual. No changes to your system are required.

      3. SCB Direct Debit Service: The channel for applying for the SCB Direct Debit service via SCB Easy Net will be canceled. This change will take effect from the date and time when the SCB Easy Net service is terminated. However, it is important to note that payers who have already applied for the service to pay for goods and/or services through SCB Easy Net will continue to be unaffected, and no change is required on their part

  • SCB Cash Card Service termination notice

    With reference to the SCB Cash Card and related services cancellation notice dated 17 December 2021, please be advised that Siam Commercial Bank has discontinued new SCB Cash Card issuance as of 1 February 2022. Customers can use their cards for fund transfer service within the following periods:

    Services Available Periods
    1. Card activation Until 30 November 2022
    2. Fund transfer Until 13 January 2023
    3. Card usage Within the validity period as specified on the card

    In this regard, the Bank requests your assistance in alerting your cardholders that they may withdraw or transfer funds to deposit accounts or pay for products or services using ATMs or other electronic devices specified by the Bank until the expiration date of their card. Customers may also contact any SCB branch to cancel their cards and open alternative deposit accounts.

  • Guidelines and cautions to avoid unsuccessful payment problems

    1. Please ensure that you have a sufficient balance for payments one day prior to the value date.

    2. The cut-off time for advance payment items is 06:00 hrs. on the value date.

    3. According to our SLA, if your payment items are not successful due to an insufficient balance, the system will not make any further debit of the payment items.

    4. To check the status of your advance payment items:

      - Customers using SCB Business Net must log in and check for unsuccessful payment items between 07:00 – 08:00 hrs. on the value date.

  • Better Experience! We’ve made your excise tax e-payment even simpler and more user-friendly. Try us on 21 June 2022

    Please be informed that, effective 21 June 2022, SCB will be updating the display of its Excise Department e-Payment (Excise Tax) payment screen on the SCB Business Net. Customers who wish to schedule their value date in advance, there are changes in the steps as the following:

    • Existing : Transaction makers select the value date when creating e-payment transactions via the SCB Payment Gateway website.

    • New : Transaction makers can now edit the value date by logging into SCB Business Net and choose the “Edit Payment” button. The new system will not display the Excise Department's expiration date.

  • SCB Business Alert Service Notification

    To better serve our customers, SCB has updated its SCB Business Alert service. Starting from 1 February 2022, SCB Business Alert notifications will be sent via e-mail only.

    Customers who are now receiving SMS notifications will continue to receive them to the same mobile number. However, when customers change their mobile phone numbers, the service will be stopped, and alert messages will be sent to their e-mail addresses.

    Customers currently using SCB Business Alert service and having applied for SCB Business Anywhere with SCB Business Alert using the same account number will receive alert notifications via e-mail as part of the service package (free of charge). Alert notifications under the former service will be disabled automatically.

    Added convenience: From November 13, 2021 onward, you can pay Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) water bills via SCB Business Net. Simply enter your water consumer registration number and the system will automatically show amount(s) due or overdue and fees. No need to fill out any other details.

  • To inform new ePP platform migration for buyer

    Thank you for your continuous trust in our services. Please be informed that the SCB ePP system has been upgraded and your data as a buyer in the system will be migrated to the new system from October 9, 2021, onward. However, you can continue to use your current username and password to log in to the new system. After logging in and selecting the Payment menu, you will notice the following changes:

    1. The menu title has been changed from ePP Payment to ePP e-Payment.

    2. After selecting the menu, a list of billers will be displayed for you to choose. When a biller is selected, the biller’s screen will show in line with their data migration as follows (examples of screens are shown below):

    • If the biller’s data has been migrated to the new system, you will see the new system’s screen.

    • If the biller’s data has not been migrated to the new system, you will see the screen as of the previous system version.

    Regardless of the screen version, you can make payments to billers via the SCB ePP system as usual.
